Summers in Sedona are warm and sunny. From June to September you can expect temperatures between the mid 80s to mid 90s, perfect for a nice hike and a swim in Oak Creek. July and August are monsoon season in Sedona, which means short periods of rainfall often at the peak of the afternoon heat. The rain can be quite enjoyable after a warm day of outdoor activity.
